♥ Items included & Sizing ♥
You will receive one name puzzle base and the letters/name you indicate in the personalization section. Each puzzle is approximately 3 inches long and on average 10.5 inches wide. This average is based on 5 - 6 letters. The puzzle base is 1/4 inch thick and each puzzle piece is also 1/4 thick. When assembled, the puzzle is 0.375 inches thick.
In short, all letters are raised above the base, so it is comfortable to put the puzzle pieces in and out repeatedly.

♥ Care instructions ♥
These puzzles are made of high quality Baltic Birch plywood. The puzzles are sealed but we recommend avoiding emerging the puzzle in water. For cleaning, wiping with a lightly dampened cloth is recommended.

This puzzle is intended for keepsake and décor purposes but can also be used for educational purposes, such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, logic, name recognition skills just to name a few. Handling the puzzle roughly may result in damage to the product.

We urge you to always monitor your child while engaging with this product. We advise you to stop using it if any parts of the product is damaged, i.e. cracked after rough play which could lead to splinters.

♥ How to order ♥
This listing features one font for the puzzle letters.
1. Please take a look at all the pictures in this listing.
2. Choose whether you'd like to add an engraved message.
3. If so, choose a font.
4. Personalization:
- Line 1: Select a color for each letter. You may choose one color, or a pattern of colors.
See the above puzzle with color 11 - midnight.
-Line 2: Type the name.
-Line 3: If applicable, add your message for the engraving, i.e. first and middle name or a gift message. If so, type the name/message on line 3. For example, “With love from mom & dad”.
-Line 4: Choose your font. There are seven font options. If no option is selected, we will use/pick font 3, 4 or 7.
5. Click add to cart and proceed to checkout. If you are ordering more than one puzzle, you may add all to cart before checking out.

All items are handmade and made to order. We work on each order as we receive them. Most items can be shipped within 5 - 7 business days, often sooner if you desire an unfinished/not sealed product. Please make sure to fill out the personalization section. If any information is missing, we will attempt to contact customers to obtain it. Please understand that it will delay your order. We will allow up to 24 hours for a response. If at that point a response is not received, we will move forward with your order. We do not issue refunds for spelling errors.
